Jessica Street has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Street Properties Inc for the last 7 years with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career at Street Properties Inc, Jessica has helped expand the portfolio from mainly industrial raw land to a diverse portfolio of multifamily, industrial, and commercial properties. Inspired by her father, Jessica regards her relationships with her tenants and colleagues as an integral part of the business’s success and one of the parts of her career she enjoys most. She also loves to hike and travel in her spare time.
Sarah Street takes pride in her role as Chief Executive Officer. She began her tenure with the company shortly after graduating from Harvard Law School. Sarah has worked with various team members and outside consultants to grow Street Properties while remaining true to the traditions of the company. She is a mother of two daughters and enjoys spending time with them.
Alina Talbott joined Street Properties Inc in March of 2022. She started her commercial property management career 18 years ago with Hines in Facilities at Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres. After almost 9 years there, she transitioned her career to manage Class A high-rises in both Downtown San Diego and UTC. Alina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing as well as a Real Estate Salesperson license.
Debbie Moon is a licensed CPA in California and Washington. She is experienced with retail, industrial, and multi-family assets. Debbie has hands-on experience in the facets of acquisitions, dispositions, development, and property management. Debbie also holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in California. She resides in San Diego, enjoying the sunshine and outdoor adventures it offers and volunteering with animal rescue organizations.
Arieana Samperio is our administrative assistant with a background in a variety of administrative duties. Arieana also works with our in-house property management team providing assistance to tenants and working with vendors for our properties. She is committed and passionate in her role with Street Properties Inc. Arieana was born and raised in San Diego and currently resides in beautiful Point Loma. She enjoys travel, culture, and being outdoors.
Kylie Bonnes, a Chicago native, joined Street Properties Inc in 2024. With a passion for real estate, she led a successful Real Estate and Property Management company for almost a decade before relocating to San Diego. Now eager to expand her expertise in the California real estate market, Kylie balances her professional pursuits with a love for running, reading, the beach, and supporting her three children.

Assistant Property Manager
Ryan has a strong background in the accounting and operational procedures of commercial, hospitality, and multi-family projects. He specializes in the preparation of budgets, CAM Reconciliations and financial reporting, but he also provides experience upholding tenant and vendor relations. Ryan is currently pursuing a CPA license while also working to expand his Real Estate Accounting skillset. In his free time, he enjoys going to Padres games and traveling.
